These cards are for our online store. However, if you would like to have it converted to an 'In Store' Gift Card, please leave a note at checkout and we can convert it for you :)
Please be aware that Australia Post has been inundated with parcels and that there will likely be delays to your order being delivered in the specified timeframe
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days
The shipping fee is a flat rate of $10 for every order.
We use Australia Post with tracking for deliveries and this takes approximately 3-5 working days. Due to Covid-19, please allow an additional couple of days to receive your package.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order then please email care@myjulie.com.au with your intent to return. This should be within 14 days from the original shipping date. Once item/s have been received, you will be notified and a refund or exchange will be given minus the shipping price. The item/s being returned must be in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Exchanges and returns do not apply to Gift cards and sale items.
